Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad is able to program a new smart key for 2015 Volvo XC60 successfully. Required to take out CEM & KVM module from vehicle and work with VOLVO Solder-Free Adapters.
VOLVO Solder-Free Adapters Package List:
1pc x XDNP27 for VOLVO-KVM-VER1.0
1pc x XDNP28 for VOLVO-CEM 1
1pc x XDNP29 for VOLVO-CEM 2
XDNP27 is for KVM, XDNP28 is for CEM 1 and XDN29 is for CEM 2. With these adapters, no need soldering wires any more. Only to insert on module for connection.
Read CEM & KVM data
Go to select CEM model in “Prog >> IMMO >> Volvo” to read & save CEM data.
Go to select KVM model in “Prog >> IMMO >> Volvo” to read & save KVM data.

Program Key
Immo programming >> Volvo >> XC60 >> 2009-2016 >> Smart key system >> Add smart keys
Confirm CEM & KVM data, then load data file in turns.
Operate according to commands:
Press start button once.
Confirm VIN.
Confirm key numbers.
Insert new key into VVDI Key Tool Plus key slot, take other keys out of the car 1 meter.
Remove key from key slot, press UNLOCK button once.
(if the vehicle does not response, try again.)
Completed!
Test Key
Re-install CEM & KVM module to vehicle.
VVDI Key Tool Plus also supports to check the module status.
