One of our customers said :

I got my package.However,the Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro can’t work.The Xhorse VVDI BIMTOOL PRO has no connection with the car,eigher via CAN or KLINE bus. I have already updated the device to the newest software and firmware. I was trying many times in the vehicle and “on the table”(there is no data transferred on CAN/KLINE),but the same problem.Could you please help me?

Please short the component in the following printed circuit board with a zero-ohm resistor,then try again.
