Question: Why the Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max is unable to control BMW X3 2014 VIN? It failed to read when I was putting the key into slot.
Please advice.

It’s suggested to use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad or VVDI BIMTOOL PRO tool to program BMW keys. Cause they both have wider applicability and specialty for BMW immo programming.
