Here’s using VVDI Key Tool Plus to add a BMW Motorcycle 8A smart key demo.
Note:
Please ensure it’s a 8A chip UNLOCKED key before operation.
If BMW key is locked, please follow the steps:
- Perform “Coding Function” for backup.
- Perform “Unlock X_SLZ/ X_EWS” to unlock key, check status after success.
- Put the XM38 Smart Key into key slot, follow instruction to perform “Add Key”.
BMW Motorcycle smart key adding by OBD is successful!
It’s the Key3 Keyless Go.
Test the key, it can start the BMW motorcycle normally.
Done.
