For how to use xhorse dolphin xp005 key cutting machine to cut 2000 volvo s40 hu56 all key lost.Here i would like to share my experience with you.
Fistly,i did decode it to get the bitting codes:21324343,and its lock code is DH0800.
I will use the xhorse key tool max to control it, you can also use xhorse app on your phone to control.
Following is the operation steps:
Step1:
Connect key tool max with dolphin xp005
All key lost–>volvo–>input lock code:DH0800
Step2:
Install M2-A clamp,Follow prompts to fix hu56 key blank,press”ok”
Need to confirm the bitting codes are all right,press cutting key–>Continue
The Condor dolphin xp005 will start cutting automatically…
After the machine stops, take out the key and cut off the other side.
Step 3:
Go back to press on key tool max.
Cutting key–continue
Dolphin xp005 will continue to cutting…
Step 4:
Take out the key after the machine is finished,it can open the lock perfectly
